Rob Gronkowski might have the answer to “DeflateGate.”
The NFL confirmed Monday that it’s investigating the New England Patriots for possibly deflating footballs in their 45-7 AFC Championship win over the Indianapolis Colts. And the Patriots tight end thinks it might have a little something to do with his signature touchdown celebration.

Gronkowksi reached the end zone in the third quarter of Sunday’s matchup to put the Patriots ahead 31-7.
The NFL hasn’t said that the Gronk spike was a factor in the league’s investigation, but Gronkowski made a pretty convincing argument.
