The Boston Red Sox slugger gave his take Monday on the four-game suspension the NFL gave Tom Brady as a result of the DeflateGate investigation.
Ortiz made it clear he is firmly Team Brady.

Brady’s agent confirmed the quarterback will appeal the suspension.
The NFL also docked the Patriots two draft picks (a first-rounder in 2016 and a fourth-rounder in 2017) and fined the team $1 million — a ruling many in New England found to be wildly excessive.
The Red Sox begin a three-game series against the Oakland A’s on Monday night.
