Where Kevin Durant ends up next season is anyone’s guess. Just apparently not Stephen A. Smith’s.
The Oklahoma City Thunder forward has been the subject of all sorts of speculation with his contract set to expire in 2016. ESPN’s Stephen A. Smith was the latest to chime in, citing sources on a recent episode of “First Take” in saying Los Angeles Lakers would be Durant’s “primary objective” in free agency if he didn’t stay in Oklahoma City.
Durant addressed Smith’s comments pretty bluntly Friday after the Thunder’s practice.
Kevin Durant on the Lakers rumors: "I don't talk to Stephen A Smith at all. No one in my family, my friends do. So he's lying."

Well, there you have it.
As you might expect, Smith caught wind of Durant’s harsh comments later in the afternoon. Needless to say, he wasn’t too pleased.
Regarding @KDTrey5 and his negative comments about me, let me say this: At NO time did I ever say I SPOKE to (cont) http://t.co/M18bHu7rRm

No word on whether Durant has responded to Smith’s response to Durant’s comments about Smith’s earlier comments.
Durant’s vehement denial of the Lakers rumor is good news for the rest of the league, however, as it appears the six-time All-Star still is keeping his options open.
