Boston Red Sox fans hoping David Price gives his blood, sweat and tears to the club can already check the “blood” part of things off the list.
The Red Sox haven’t officially announced the reported seven-year, $217 million contract they’ve reportedly agreed to with Price, but the left-handed pitcher pretty much spilled the beans Friday morning.
According to reports, the only thing left for Price to do was pass his physical, and according to his tweet Friday morning, it sounds like he’s just about good to go.
Thank God the blood sample part of my physical is over!! Best sample I've ever given..I love Boston already!! Maybe an inch of snow as well?
