It only makes sense that Pete Rose supports Donald Trump.
Trump tweeted a photo Sunday of a special gift and message he received from Rose ahead of Tuesday’s Ohio primary. Rose, who spent 19 seasons with the Cincinnati Reds over the course of his 24-year Major League Baseball career, clearly intends to vote Trump, which The Donald surely appreciates.

Rose is one of the most polarizing athletes of all time, as his connection to gambling and his Baseball Hall of Fame ban remain hot topics of debate. Trump is following suit in his United States presidential candidacy, appeasing some but ticking off others with a campaign that’s intriguing, if nothing else.
