The Boston Celtics are meeting with superstar free agent Kevin Durant in the Hamptons on Saturday, and it appears they brought someone special to help recruit the former NBA MVP.
New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady was photographed walking with Danny Ainge and other members of the Celtics before the meeting with Durant.
It’s not yet known what role Brady has in the meeting, but it’s an interesting storyline given the intensity of NBA teams’ pursuit of Durant.
OK, a source who is present for the Celtics' meeting with Kevin Durant verifies that Tom Brady is indeed there in NY and part of the pitch.
