A big date is in the works.
Colton Underwood, an NFL tight end currently playing for the Oakland Raiders, recently made a video in which he asked out Olympic gold medalist Aly Raisman, who is coming off a strong showing at the 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio de Janeiro.
The popular U.S. gymnast — and Massachusetts native — accepted the invitation, adding that Underwood is “very cute” and even tweeting at the 24-year-old.

Underwood is teammates with Andrew East, a long snapper who is married to retired American gymnast Shawn Johnson. Hence the double-date invite, which was met with Raisman’s stamp of approval, even if she was slightly embarrassed at first.
