Jimmy Fallon impersonated Ryan Lochte on Sunday night at the 2016 MTV Video Music Awards, and perhaps no one enjoyed it more than Michael Phelps.
Fallon’s skit was hilarious, but the mere sight of the comedian dressed like Lochte was enough to send Phelps into a frenzy.

Phelps couldn’t help but shout “Oh my God!” when Fallon came strutting out dressed like his U.S. Olympic swimming teammate. It was a reaction shared by many, as Lochte has been a punching bag lately after embellishing a story about being robbed at gunpoint in Rio de Janeiro.
