The Chicago Cubs are going to the World Series.
No, that’s not a joke.
The Cubs are National League champions for the first time since 1945 after defeating the Los Angeles Dodgers 5-0 in Game 6 of the National League Championship Series at Wrigley Field on Saturday night.
As you might expect, the reaction to the Cubs’ triumph on Twitter has been pretty insane. A lot of people weren’t alive the last time the Cubs won the pennant.
Here’s the best reaction from Chicago’s historic win.
