The NHL announced Tuesday that their newest franchise would be the Vegas Golden Knights, and their logo looks like it came from a galaxy far, far away.
If you haven’t seen Las Vegas’ primary logo, it features a knight’s helmet over a shield in gold and dark gray. The center of the helmet is in the shape of a “V” to represent the city, too.

But if you couldn’t help but notice that the Golden Knight looks like a certain bounty hunter and cult hero from the “Star Wars” franchise, then you wouldn’t be the only one. Vegas’ logo indeed looks like Boba Fett.
But as much as the helmet resembles Boba Fett’s, it actually might look more like Marvel Comics villain (and sometimes antihero) Magneto.
However, Adidas explained how they designed the Golden Knights’ logo, and it (unfortunately) has nothing to do with chasing the Millennium Falcon or fighting for mutantkind.

Either way, it won’t be surprising to see some creatively costumed fans next season in Las Vegas at T-Mobile Arena.
