The New England Patriots will have a decision to make with backup quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo.
Jimmy G will be a free agent after next season, so the front office will need to decide whether he is the quarterback of the future or a valuable trade asset.
On his FOX Sports 1 show “The Herd,” Colin Cowherd made the case that a trade return for Garoppolo would be too good to pass up.

Cowherd makes a valid point. As many teams are desperate for a starting quarterback, one of them may be willing to overpay for the former second-round draft pick.
Either way, it surely will be an interesting offseason for Garoppolo.
