If Tom Brady ever decides to trade his football helmet for a racing helmet, it looks like he won’t have to worry about what his car’s livery would be.
In the buildup for Sunday’s Formula One U.S. Grand Prix at Circuit of the Americas, Tim Holmes Design tweeted his rendering of the most American F1 car ever. The race car has Alexander Rossi’s name and former F1 number on the bodywork, and features a New England Patriots-themed design.
Would still love to see @GasMonkeyGarage and @RRRawlings line up at @circuitamericas or @AlexanderRossi in his #NFL inspired them @Patriots pic.twitter.com/WdS1bFkvNH

Earlier this year, Brady got his first exposure to the “pinnacle of motorsport” when Red Bull Racing hosted the four-time Super Bowl champion at the Canadian Grand Prix. Although Brady said F1 cars are too fast for him to drive, if somebody slapped Holmes’ design on a show car with No. 12 on the rear-wing endplate, we think he’d probably take it for at least one lap of a circuit.
