Left winger Milan Lucic is nearing his return to the Bruins' attack as the bruiser is set to travel with the team to Florida where they will take on the Panthers on Sunday.

Lucic has been out since November with a high ankle sprain, but has been skating this week with the team and is on the verge of returning to the Black and Gold lineup.

“He’s obviously getting better, he’s going to make the trip with us and skate with us,” head coach Claude Julien told WEEI.com. “It’s a good sign.”

But that's not the only good news for the Hub of hockey, as defenseman Derek Morris was skating on Saturday and is nearing his return to the B's blueline after missing thee games with an undisclosed injury.

"I feel good, it’s just a matter of getting the legs back, it wasn’t that long a rest. A couple of skates and I should be good,” said Morris.
