Patriots Playoff Tickets on Sale to Public on Tuesday A one-year absence from the playoffs seemed more like a decade for many New England fans, and now they'll have a chance to see their Patriots in the postseason.

The team announced that playoff tickets will go on sale on Tuesday, Dec. 29, at 10 a.m. To purchase tickets, fans can either visit Ticketmaster.com or call 1-800–745-3000.

Tickets are limited, as those with season tickets were given an opportunity to purchase tickets last month and fans on the season ticket waiting list will be able to purchase tickets on Monday, Dec. 28. The remaining tickets will go on sale to the general public.

The team stressed that tickets will not be sold at the Gillette Stadium box office.

The date, time and opponent are not yet set, though the game will take place at Gillette Stadium on either Saturday, Jan. 9, or Sunday, Jan. 10. Tickets are available for $65, $90, $122 and $169.

The Patriots have not lost a home playoff game since Robert Kraft bought the team in 1994, going a perfect 7-0 at Gillette Stadium and 11-0 combined with the old Foxboro Stadium.
