NFLPA Fires Back With ‘Let It Air’ Ad After CBS Rejects ‘Let Us Play’ Spot

You would think that with labor negotiations ongoing and the threat of a lockout looming largely, that the NFLPA would have all of its focus pointed toward the league and its owners. While the NFLPA probably has most of its eggs in that basket, they aren't letting CBS, of all people, go easily.

Yahoo's Shutdown Corner reports that the NFLPA has released a new ad titled "Let It Air," a response to a recent decision by CBS to not air the union's "Let Us Play" commercial on CBS College Sports.

The original "Let Us Play" commercial, shown below, was rejected by CBS for the Feb. 5 broadcast of, ironically, the NFLPA All-Star Game.

So, shortly after the decision was made to drop the commercial, the NFLPA responded with another commercial, one that claims, "Millions are responding to our message, but some dont want you to hear from us."
