With the NBA's Thursday deadline to sign a collective bargaining agreement drawing nearer and nearer, Orlando Magic guard Gilbert Arenas weighed in Wednesday with his thoughts on the league's current labor situation. His solution? If the players will have a hard cap on salaries, then the owners should have a hard cap, too.

On his Twitter page, Arenas explained that "[NBA owners] can't keep pushin the tickets up every year…this is not gas. Every year we have to keep moving our seats higher and higher…man I can watch from house and move my couch closer and closer lmaooooo."

Among his other proposals, Agent Zero thinks that NBA season tickets should include all-you-can-eat and drink deals and that he needs to "own a team or at least the nachos stand."

He calls for lower ticket prices, reasoning that if the tickets are cheaper, more "real" fans will come to games, and crowds will be louder and better.

Of course, his argument might have to be taken with a grain of salt. This is the same guy who spent all day yesterday "planking" with teammate Dwight Howard.
