Adam McQuaid, Eric Nystrom Engage in Spirited Fight During Bruins-Predators Game (Video)
Adam McQuaid returned to the Bruins lineup on Monday night after missing a few weeks with a lower-body injury, and it didn’t take him long to make his presence felt.
With a little more than three minutes gone in the first period and Boston leading 1-0, the Bruins defenseman dropped the gloves and engaged in a spirited bout with Predators forward Eric Nystrom.
Despite being hit with a few powerful punches, both players showed exceptional stamina and provided fans with one of the most exciting fights of December.
