Kevin Durant doesn’t like change, at least as far as nicknames go.
The Oklahoma City Thunder superstar has been playing at an extremely high level as of late, inspiring one Reddit user to dub him the “Slim Reaper.” The label does highlight both Durant’s lanky frame and his deadly ability to dispatch opponents, but Durant tweeted that he preferred the more traditional “KD.”
With the way Durant has been playing as of late, it’s hard to blame him for not wanting to change anything, even something as small as a nickname.
