Evergreen High School defeated Camas High School in a Washington state playoff game Wednesday night largely because of an incredible circus shot in the final two seconds of regulation.
Camas led 63-61 until Evergreen’s 6-foot-7 Robert Franks caught a pass that traveled about 60 feet. He then threw the ball behind his head to make an unbelievable shot just as the buzzer sounded. The buzzer-beating swish tied the game and forced overtime, where Evergreen prevailed 74-68, according to The Oregonian.
Franks, a junior at Evergreen, has already drawn interest from 10 Division I college basketball programs, according to The Columbian.
