Boston Celtics’ 2014 NBA Draft Hat Revealed By Lids (Photo)

As the NBA draft approaches, there has been much speculation about who the Boston Celtics will take with their top pick.

There’s one thing we know for sure: Whoever it is will get to wear a pretty sweet hat.

On the eve of the 2014 NBA draft lottery, Lids gave fans a sneak preview of the official hats to be worn by draftees, and the Celtics’ cap is featured front and center.

This year’s version is much different than last year’s black hat — which was memorably perched atop the massive afro of Celtics first-round pick Lucas Nogueira — but it’s a cool look nonetheless.

The NBA draft lottery will be held Tuesday at 8 p.m., and Boston has the fifth-best chance among the 14 lottery teams to land the top pick. The actual draft will take place June 26 in New York.
