It’s safe to say this particular Cleveland Indians fan won’t be signing a major league deal anytime soon.
During a break between innings in Monday night’s Indians-Detroit Tigers game, Cleveland outfielder Asdrubal Cabrera decided to lobĀ a souvenir into the right field bleachers. One fan appeared to have a bead on Cabrera’s toss, but he apparently forgot to switch on his hand-eye coordination.
The flying baseball dropped right through the fan’sĀ outstretched hands and nailed him in the nose, prompting a chorus of laughter from both his fellow spectatorsĀ and ESPN’s amused broadcasters.

Cue the obligatory “Hangover” clip.
The butterfingered fan ended up losing the ball, but he at least witnessed an exciting game. Michael Brantley smacked a walk-off home run in the bottom of the 10th inning to give the hometown Tribe a 5-4 win.
