Katie Nolan, you have company.

Madison Bumgarner, who earned NLCS MVP honors, celebrated the San Francisco Giants punching their ticket to the 2014 World Series by taking his beer-chugging game to the next level.

Bumgarner famously chugged four beers at once following his wild card game shutout of the Pittsburgh Pirates. He then chugged five beers following the Giants’ NLDS victory over the Washington Nationals. Both were just table-setters for Thursday’s NLCS celebration, which featured the Giants ace slugging six beers at once.

The six beers matched the amount recently thrown back by Ms. Nolan in response to Bumgarner.

The Kansas City Royals, who advanced to the World Series by sweeping the Baltimore Orioles in the ALCS, will look to ensure the fun stops here. Otherwise, Bumgarner might want to put seven beers on ice.
