David Ortiz Celebrates New Year With Very Flashy Big Papi Hat (Photo)

David Ortiz got hooked up for New Year’s.

Ortiz started off his 2015 with a flashy new hat from New Era. The Boston Red Sox slugger tweeted a photo of the Big Papi-inspired lid over the weekend.

Ortiz has been known to spruce things up from a wardrobe standpoint, as he frequently leaves Fenway Park looking quite dapper. But the new hat, which features a silhouette of the nine-time All-Star doing his famous skyward point, certainly ranks near the top as far as boldness goes.
