David West went down like a sack of bricks Friday night after taking a vicious elbow to the face from Avery Bradley.
Well, part of that statement is true.
The Indiana Pacers forward did hit the ground hard to draw a foul during a matchup with the Boston Celtics, but replays revealed that there might have been just a bit of embellishment on West’s part.
