BOSTON — Cleveland Cavaliers forward Kevin Love suffered what appeared to be a serious shoulder injury Sunday at TD Garden.
Love was battling Boston Celtics center Kelly Olynyk for a rebound during the first quarter when Olynyk clamped down on Love’s left arm. Olynyk was called for a foul on the play, and Love immediately ran off the court and down the tunnel to the locker room, holding his left shoulder.
