Derrick Rose is facing some very serious allegations.
TMZ Sports reported Wednesday that the Chicago Bulls point guard has been accused of drugging and gang raping an ex-girlfriend.
Rose’s accuser, who says she dated him from 2011 to 2013, also is suing Rose. Identified only as Jane Doe, the accuser claims Rose and two friends invited her to his house in Beverly Hills in August 2013, and that they slipped a drug into her drink with the intent of raping her.
According to the TMZ report, the woman escaped from Rose’s house before they could take advantage of her. However, she says Rose and his friends broke into her apartment and gang raped her there.
A spokesperson for Rose vehemently shot down the accusations early Thursday morning, calling the allegations “completely false and without any factual basis.”
