Brendan Rodgers wasn’t the only one of Liverpool’s happy campers following its goal-less draw with Arsenal on Monday.
A quartet of Liverpool players used Twitter to express their happiness at Liverpool’s performance and hard-earned point on the road against Arsenal. Joe Gomez, Nathaniel Clyne, Jordan Henderson and Daniel Sturridge joined Rodgers in the chorus of postgame praise for Liverpool.
Henderson and Sturridge missed the Arsenal game due to foot and hip injuries, respectively, but their disappointment over not playing didn’t dim their support for their teammates.
Great performance from the lads tonight! 👏🏻

Clyne and Gomez were instrumental in helping Liverpool earn its third consecutive shutout. The Liverpool fullbacks thanked fans in their messages.
Good solid performance from the team & another clean sheet just couldn't find the goal. Our fans were great again 👊🏼 pic.twitter.com/qQcZnvyrwI
