If Tom Brady were a pro wrestler, he’d probably be one of the good guys and a winner there, too.
But the New England Patriots’ four-time Super Bowl champion quarterback, for all his rings and records, is despised by NFL fans across the country. Apparently, winning titles has become synonymous with being hated, though — at least if you ask WWE world heavyweight champion Seth Rollins.
The Architect appeared on ESPN’s “SportsCenter” as the first guest of a new weekly WWE segment that was announced Tuesday. When asked about his ongoing feud with Kane, Rollins gave an interesting answer.
"I'm like Tom Brady … Everyone is jealous of me, that includes @KaneWWE!" – @WWERollins @Sportscenter @TheCoachESPN pic.twitter.com/tra0SsHKdZ

Rollins, in the midst of his first reign as champion, is a noted Patriots supporter. Hated guys have to stick together, right?
The Face of the WWE also discussed Johnny Manziel’s situation and Ruben Tejada’s broken leg. Rollins was very appreciative of the chance to appear on “SportsCenter.”
Big thanks to @TheCoachESPN and @espn for having the guts to step outside the box with us tonight. Always moving forward.

While we still think Brady is one of the good guys, his red-hot start to the 2015 season proves he’d make a damn good heel, too.
