Ohio State quarterbacks Cardale Jones and J.T. Barrett and running back Ezekiel Elliott receive a lot of the recognition for the Buckeyes’ success. It’s well-deserved, of course, but the best NFL prospect on the OSU roster probably is defensive end Joey Bosa.
The talented junior completely dominated Illinois on Saturday, helping the No. 3-ranked Buckeyes improve to 10-0 ahead of a tough two-game stretch against Michigan State and Michigan to end the regular season.
Here’s one example of how unstoppable Bosa was against the Fighting Illini:

You almost have to feel sorry for that Illinois right tackle. A 6-foot-6, 275-pound defensive end with elite strength and quickness is quite difficult to keep out of the backfield.
Several 2016 NFL mock drafts have Bosa being selected No. 1 overall by the Detroit Lions, should they earn that pick.
