Holly Holm’s stunning upset of former UFC bantamweight champion Ronda Rousey turned the 34-year-old mixed martial artist into an overnight celebrity — the type of celebrity who can score a meet-and-greet with the entertainment world’s most powerful couple.
During an appearance on “SportsCenter,” Holm recalled meeting Jay Z and Beyonce during Saturday’s middleweight championship boxing match between Miguel Cotto and Canelo Alvarez in Las Vegas.
