Couldn’t the New England Patriots just gift the New York Jets a win?
Not likely, but that’s what actor and Jets fan Adam Sandler said he was hoping for Tuesday during an interview on “The Rich Eisen Show.”
Sandler’s interview with Eisen took place (somewhat fittingly) from the back of a school bus, where Sandler was supposed to be chaperoning his daughter’s fourth grade field trip. He explained that his daughter bailed on him to sit with her friend after begging him to come, though, so he gave Eisen a call to promote his new Netflix original movie “The Ridiculous 6.”

Sandler’s Jets currently are clinging to the AFC’s final playoff spot, but the Week 16 date with the Patriots could rain on their parade.
