Ronda Rousey has been laying low since her stunning loss at UFC 193 to Holly Holm, but that will change Friday night when she attendsĀ the Marine Corps Ball.
Jarrod Haschert, a United States Marine, made headlines in August when he asked the then-UFC bantamweight champion to attend this year’s ball with him. Luckily for Haschert, Rousey accepted his proposal a few days later.
Rousey’sĀ attendance was in doubt following her recent loss, butĀ she told TMZ Sports on Friday that she will honor her promiseĀ to beĀ Haschert’s date to the ball in South Carolina.
Rousey also talked with TMZ Sports about the reported rematch with Holm at UFC 200 and her nextĀ movie,Ā a remake of “Road House.”
