Steph Curry Gifts Lionel Messi Signed Jersey For Hitting 30M On Instagram (Photos)
Steph Curry and Lionel Messi are connecting greatness through the power of social media.
Curry sent Messi a signed Golden State Warriors jersey last week in recognition of the soccer superstar reaching 30 million followers on Instagram. Curry on Thursday used Instagram to congratulate Messi and invite him to a Warriors game.
Messi thanked Curry in a photo message on Instagram. The Argentine said he’ll send Curry one of his jerseys once he reaches 10 million Instagram followers (Curry needs just 4.1 million more followers).
Chances are, Curry won’t hit the 10-million-followers mark before the holiday season ends, but at least Messi has a stocking-stuffer for the ages.
