Isaiah Thomas isn’t just the Boston Celtics’ best player, he also might be the most crucial component to getting another star in Boston.
Thomas told reporters that he pitched the Celtics to a player who approached him about potentially joining the team.

Even with no further information, this is good news for Boston. Thomas loves playing for coach Brad Stevens and the fans at TD Garden and certainly had nothing but excellent things to say to convince a potential All-Star to join the C’s in either free agency or via trade.
