BOSTON — Newcomers galore will be in attendance Tuesday night as the Bruins host the Calgary Flames at TD Garden.
Both the Bruins and Flames were active before Monday’s NHL trade deadline, with Boston acquiring defenseman John-Michael Liles and forward Lee Stempniak and Calgary landing defenseman Jyrki Jokipakka.

All three are expected to be in the lineup Tuesday, as is rookie forward Noel Acciari, whom the Bruins recalled from the American Hockey League earlier in the day. Acciari, a Providence College product, has yet to make his NHL debut.
Tuesday’s game also will be the first back in Boston for Flames defenseman Dougie Hamilton, whose promising Bruins tenure came to an end when he was traded to Calgary this past offseason.
Neither team held a mandatory skate Tuesday morning, meaning the exact lineup combinations will not become clear until pregame warmups. With that said, here’s a projection of what those lines and pairings might look like:
UPDATE (6:41 p.m. ET): The Bruins’ lines were as projected, while Liles skated with Adam McQuaid on the third pairing during warmups rather than with Dennis Seidenberg on the second.
