The UFC 196 main event still is a few hours out, but there’s a good chance we’ve already seen the best knockout of the night — and year.
Nordine Taleb and Erick Silva put on quite a show throughout their preliminary bout on FOX Sports 1, but the ending is what people will be talking about in the days to come.
Silva landed a couple of kicks on Taleb during Round 2, but he forgot to protect his face. That turned out to be a fatal mistake, as Taleb punched him right in the face and knocked him out cold for the win at the 1:34 mark.
