The Ohio State running back and likely first-round 2016 pick showed up to the red carpet Thursday in Chicago with about two-thirds of his dress shirt still intact.

Elliot most likely was making a fashion statement after the NCAA banned him from wearing crop-top jerseys. That statement certainly was heard on Twitter.
UPDATE (9:22 p.m. ET): Elliott didn’t have to wait long to hear his name called, going No. 4 overall to the Dallas Cowboys.
