It sounds like a weird incident involving pro wrestling legend Ric Flair went down Wednesday in Boston.
What exactly happened, however, is a bit uncertain.
TMZ reported Wednesday that Flair needed medical attention at Boston’s Logan International Airport. According to TMZ, Flair was treated for a cut on his hand.
There is, however, some dispute as to the nature of Flair’s injury.
We double checked with @MassStatePolice – they say Ric Flair actually hit his head on a stanchion and was treated for a minor head injury

So while it’s still unclear what happened, sources told TMZ Flair was seen “acting like a drunk person” and was in a bar before his flight. Witnesses also said Flair was acting up and “having a tough time” and “shambling about.”
There’s also this tweet that surfaced.
Poor Ric Flair. It's not 1986.

However, TMZ spoke to an airport police sergeant who claimed Flair wasn’t drunk when he was treated. Flair also was allowed to board his flight and get on with his jet flyin’.
Flair made a return to WWE TV in recent months, serving as the “manager” for his daughter, WWE women’s champion Charlotte. The two were in Manchester, N.H., on Tuesday night for “Smackdown” tapings where Flair had a rare speaking role. Coincidentally, he told another character, Natalya, to kill herself during the segment, something that almost certainly will be cut of the segment before it airs Thursday night.
