The New England Patriots have 77 players on their 90-man roster after adding two Friday.

The Patriots announced they had signed linebacker Tony Steward and long snapper Christian Young. Steward was a sixth-round draft pick out of Clemson last year and recorded two tackles with the Buffalo Bills.

Steward ran a 4.64-second 40-yard dash and also posted a 7.06-second three-cone, 4.32-second short shuttle, 34.5-inch vertical leap and 9-foot, 7-inch broad jump at Clemson’s pro day last year.

Steward was released by the Bills on April 19.

Yount came into the NFL undrafted out of UCLA in 2011. He has spent time with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Cleveland Browns.
