The Tennessee Titans made another first-round trade by acquiring the No. 8 pick in the 2016 NFL Draft from the Cleveland Browns on Thursday night.
Tennessee used that pick to select Michigan State offensive tackle Jack Conklin, who should provide much-needed pass protection for quarterback and former No. 2 overall pick Marcus Mariota. Conklin projects to be a right tackle on the Titans’ offensive line.

The Browns acquired the No. 15 overall pick from the Titans — which originally was owned by the Los Angeles Rams — as well as a 2016 third-round pick and a 2017 second-round selection. Cleveland used the first-round pick to select Baylor wide receiver Corey Coleman.
