Blow some bubbles Tuesday in celebration of Upton Park (or the Boleyn Ground).
West Ham will host Manchester United at Upton Park in the final game at the stadium the Hammers have called home for 112 years. West Ham will move to London’s Olympic Stadium next season but it first must complete one of its finest-ever Premier League campaigns.
The game could be a classic, as Manchester United needs victories in its final two games of the season to overtake Manchester City, finish fourth in the standings and qualify for a spot in next season’s UEFA Champions League. Such an outcome could keep manager Louis van Gaal’s job at the Manchester United helm for another season.
Van Gaal will rely on captain Wayne Rooney, who has enjoyed some of his finest moments at Upton Park, in particular the goal he scored on the half-volley in 2014 from 60 yards out.
7 – Wayne Rooney has scored more Premier League goals against West Ham at Upton Park than any other player (7). Hammered.

West Ham can leap-frog Southampton and take over sixth place with one game remaining by beating Manchester United. But the Hammers must end a dire run against Manchester United, in which they have drawn three and lost 11 of the last 14 meetings.
Then it will be time for Hammers’ captain Mark Noble to turn out the lights at Upton Park.
3 – Mark Noble (128), Carlton Cole (103) and Steve Potts (101) have made the most PL appearances for West Ham at home. Answer.
