Juan Uribe Doesn’t Wear A Cup Because Trainers Don’t Have One His Size

If you were wondering why Juan Uribe wasn’t wearing a cup Sunday when he suffered a testicular contusion, the Cleveland Indians third baseman explained himself one day after being hit by a 106 mph grounder in the groin.

Ouch. That certainly seems like a good reason to wear a cup, right? Well, it appears that’s not an option for Uribe.

Juan Uribe said today he doesn't wear a cup because the trainers don't have one in his size…. Then he said I'm serious.
