Concussion be damned, Kevin Love is going to play.

The Cleveland Cavaliers’ All-Star power forward will return to the court Friday for Game 4 of the NBA Finals against the Golden State Warriors, the Cavs announced.

Love previously missed Game 3 with the concussion — and reportedly was “frustrated” about it — after not being medically cleared to be reinstated, per the NBA’s concussion protocol.

The original injury occurred when Warriors forward Harrison Barnes accidentally hit Love in the back of the head with his forearm while attempting to grab a rebound late in the second quarter of Game 2. Love immediately fell to the ground but returned to finish the quarter. He began play in the third quarter before becoming dizzy and removing himself from the game, which Cleveland went on to lose.
