When Julian Edelman is on two feet, there’s little he can’t do.
The New England Patriots wide receiver proved as much Wednesday, when he stopped by Fenway Park for a batting practice session with the Boston Red Sox and casually started hitting home runs over the Green Monster.
But before you label Edelman as a multi-sport star who can do no athletic wrong, we have video evidence that should bring him down to size. The 30-year-old wideout held his annual youth football clinic in Reading, Mass., last weekend, and somehow wound up on a unicycle.
The results were … not great.
Not even Ronald McDonald could save Edelman there. On the bright side, the 30-year-old wideout gave up his unicycling quest before anyone got hurt, so Patriots fans can breathe a bit easier now.
