NFL referees already are in midseason form.
During the first quarter of the Eagles’ Sunday game against the Cleveland Browns at Lincoln Financial Field, a Philadelphia field-goal attempt was called “good” and “no good” by two different officials.

The kick ultimately was ruled no good, but Eagles kicker Caleb Sturgis did connect on his next attempt later in the game, as Philly won 29-10.
