When Formula 1 teams arrived in Mexico City, they realized the Mexican Grand Prix will be a bit different from most races.
The F1 Mexican Grand Prix is a pretty special race thanks to Autodromo Hermanos Rodriguez’s high-speed corners, unique stadium section and… wrestling ring?
Renault Sport F1 tweeted a picture Thursday that shows a mostly empty paddock, but there is something slightly different about the media pen for this weekend.

It didn’t take long before Mercedes-AMG Petronas replied to the tweet, taking full advantage of Twitter’s new 15 MB-limit for gifs.

Sahara Force India chimed in a little later and guessed what the ring will be used for.
It's the *ONLY* way!

Although F1 hasn’t announced why the ring is there, if NBC Sports commentators Townsend Bell and Will Buxton’s tweets are any indication, it should be pretty interesting.

So, in addition to great racing and Nico Rosberg potentially clinching the world championship, we might also get to see some suplexes at the Autodromo Hermanos Rodriguez. What a treat.
