Corey Kluber and Marco Estrada did their best to make sure their opponent remained off the scoreboard Friday night in Game 1 of the American League Championship Series between the Indians and Toronto Blue Jays in Cleveland. The Cleveland Indians ace was just one pitch better.
Estrada surrendered a two-run home run to Indians shortstop Francisco Lindor to break a scoreless tie in the sixth inning. The runs proved to be the only ones the Tribe needed Friday in Cleveland’s 2-0 victory.
