Derek Carr’s little finger has seen better days.
The Oakland Raiders quarterback suffered a gruesome-looking injury when the pinky on his throwing hand bent in the wrong direction on a botched snap early in the third quarter Sunday against the Carolina Panthers.

Whatever the exact injury was, it didn’t keep Carr sidelined for long. He did leave the field momentarily, but he only missed one series and returned with a glove on his throwing hand.
