FOXBORO, Mass. — After five days off, the New England Patriots returned to practice Tuesday.

Undrafted rookie cornerback Jonathan Jones was the lone absence from Tuesday’s full-pad session. There still were 63 players on the practice field, since running back Dion Lewis continues to practice despite being on the PUP list.

Jones primarily has played on special teams this season. He has one tackle in eight games. He’s played 32 defensive snaps and 150 on special teams.

Lewis must be activated off the PUP list by next Thursday, or else he would be placed on PUP/reserve, ending his season.

The Patriots take on the Seattle Seahawks on Sunday night. The Seahawks beat the Buffalo Bills 31-25 on Monday night.
