Remember when your mother told you to look both ways before crossing the street? Well, the same applies for entrance tunnels at NFL stadiums.
An unfortunate FOX Sports employee found that out the hard way Sunday in Minnesota ahead of the Vikings’ game against the Arizona Cardinals. The sound technician picked the very worst time to cross the opening of Minnesota’s tunnel, and he paid the price.

The poor guy got trampled by the Vikings as they ran onto the field, taking a monster hit from defensive tackle Linval Joseph in the process.

Fortunately, the FOX employee appeared to be OK, and several Minnesota players stopped to make sure he wasn’t seriously injured. It’s safe to say he learned his lesson, though.
